HAARP

The military is shutting down HAARP. So what will replace it and where?

  1. Mr Witkowski, we listened to your interview on Darkness Radio last night [July 3rd]. In light of the yeoman's work you have been doing in the investigation of the perplexing and gruesome case of Todd Sees, we are happy to contribute the following information to your website. We first heard this information on Coast to Coast, when a recent guest briefly mentioned this subject.

Work is underway to complete the construction of an ionospheric research facility at the Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico that bears some similarities to the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) far to the north in Alaska, but on a different scale and with different research goals.

“It is basically the same as HAARP for the science, except that HAARP was in the Auroral Region, where the physics of the ionosphere is quite different with all the energetic particles and magnetic fields,” Penn State Electrical Engineering Professor Jim Breakall, WA3FET, told ARRL. “HAARP also had 3 gigawatts of effective radiated power, where Arecibo will only be about 200 megawatts.” -- http://www.arrl.org/news/haarp-like-ionospheric-research-project-underway-at-arecibo-observatory

    1. Thank you for the information and article. No one I know thought that the Government would just ditch HAARP. It would just be moved out of public scutiny. Moving it to Aricibo makes sense as Aricibo location has been low key except for movie sets. It will be watched I assure you, as HAARP was.

  2. Nothing that Government says or does is a surprise and usually it has a hidden agenda behind it. They want the public ignorant yet funded by taxpayers money. What I have noticed in the past 40 or so years paranormal incidents have increased and UFO sighting are off the scale in the US as well as other countries. I think someone somewhere opened Pandora's box and cannot shut it.These are uncertain times and my main concern is my grandchildrens and future generations. I have seen some strange things in the sky I found intriguing and I know we cannot all be imagining every sighting. We must for our own survival find answer to this enigma. Its like living in a Matrix type environment oblivious to the reality behind it.

  3. I agree with everything you've said but the one that I most agree with is "someone, somewhere opened Pandora's Box and cannot shut it!" Finding the Truth will take time and money and we will continue in our efforts to find the answers to the best of our abilities.
